Our Strength and Conditioning class is designed for everyone of all ages who want to reduce body fat and reduce stress while improving overall fitness.

Beginners to Advanced

Each class consists of a warm-up, strength routine, cardio and stretch.
The major focus is strength training and muscular endurance.

We teach and stress proper form, making use of Barbells and Dumbbells.

You will shape and tone your legs, arms, back, chest and glutes with a variety of exercises.
