Real Fitness has a unique offering for small group personal training opportunities. We offer 16 group personal training sessions a week in 4 different formats to facilitate our members as well as non-member needs. They are all lead by the professional personal training team at Real Fitness. These formats will help you to get new results, smash plateaus and achieve your fitness goals! Our total commitment to fitness in the community even allows you to take these sessions with a friend who is not a member or simply purchase a six (6) pack of sessions without committing to a long term fitness membership. At Real Fitness you enjoy the option of being a member or not and still receiving the best in fitness opportunities.
