TRX Suspension
We will teach you to use this great total body workout for functional fitness.
TRX suspension exercises are one of the best ways to achieve total body fitness while simply using your body weight and the positioning of your position from the anchor point of the straps. We have 12 setups in out upper level classroom and two more sets of straps on our main floor. Anyone of our certified trainers can show you how to use the TRX system to get you into the best shape of your life.
GROUP CLASSES ARE AVAIABLE UPON REQUEST
While most members enjoy one on one training with one of our certified TRX certified trainers from time to time, when the demand requires it, we hold group classes on the TRX system as shown in this picture. When we have at least six (6) committed members we hold these classes for FREE providing you are a current member. As with all of our group classes they are free when available.
