Classes & Training
Real Fitness provides one of the largest selections of fitness programming for seniors in the county. These classes and training sessions are taught by Certified Instructors and Personal Trainers. They are trained to provide safe and effective workouts that focus on balance, stability, flexibility, range of motion, strength and stamina designed to keep your body fit and feeling young. We offer these classes FREE to our members. Membership is FREE if you have one of the 6 different Medicare coverage plans.

Cardio Circuit Fusion
Get your heart pumping with this full body cardio workout which includes strength training. Hand-held weights and resistance bands are incorporated with low impact aerobic activity and balance work. This class will improve your strength, endurance and balance.
Core Fitness
Core Fitness targets all the muscles that comprise the core including abdominals, back, hips and glutes by incorporating a variety of fitness equipment to develop core power, endurance and strength. This is a great class for all ages and levels of fitness.
About Workouts in a Class Setting
At Real Fitness we have a number of different classes that meet the needs of just about everyone’s fitness level. In a class setting, you have a chance to meet others with like minded goals, have fun, make new friends as you are taught the proper form and techniques by one of our certified Group Exercise Instructors. Classes make getting into the best shape of your life FUN.
