What Makes a SŌL Session Different?

Immersive light, deep infrared heat, a soundtrack that carries the room, and instructors who bring their own energy to every hour. SŌL is not a class you book. It is an experience you feel.

The room tells you something before the session even starts

Walk into SŌL and the first thing you notice is not the equipment. It is the light. Red, low and deliberate, washing across the mirrors until the room feels like it exists somewhere outside the rest of your day. The heat settles in next, deep infrared warmth that works its way into the muscle instead of sitting on your skin. Then the music comes up, and the conversation drops away.

That is not staging for a photograph. That is the session, already in progress before the first rep.

Four formats, four distinct intentions

SŌL is built on four pillars, and each one asks something different of you.

Mat Pilates — Foundation

Precise, deliberate, powerful. Mat Pilates strips movement down to its essence: breath, core, control. Each session builds from stillness into strength, guiding you through sequences that demand focus and reward surrender.

Power Sculpt Yoga — Intensity

Flowing transitions, held poses and a driving soundtrack create an experience that is as much about will as it is about flexibility. Power Sculpt Yoga pushes your edge while inviting you to find ease within the effort.

High Intensity Training — Variety

No two sessions are the same. High Intensity Training combines multiple modalities — Spin, TRX, Core and Strength — into dynamic, ever-changing workouts designed to keep your body guessing and constantly evolving. You build endurance, power and functional strength while breaking through the plateaus that routine creates.

Collective Energy — Community

At times it is a shared passage, driven by rhythm, intensity and collective energy. At others, it is as simple as the quiet synchronization of breath. In both, there is connection: to yourself, to the movement, and to the people on the mat beside you.

Every instructor brings their own current

The format sets the frame. The instructor sets the temperature. Two people can teach the exact same Mat Pilates sequence and you will walk out of two entirely different rooms. One moves like a metronome — quiet, precise, letting the heat and the music do the talking. Another coaches out loud, walking the room, calling corrections, pulling a laugh out of you right at the moment you were about to quit. Corley's sessions run on a current that is unmistakably hers: a playlist built top to bottom for the format, a cue that lands a half second before you need it, an energy that gets a room full of strangers pushing at the same time.

That variation is the point. You are not buying a class off a shelf. You are in a room with a person who is reading the room in real time and adjusting to what it needs.

Heat, sound and light are teammates, not decoration

The infrared panels are working the whole time, warming tissue, loosening the first ten minutes that usually feel like work, and letting you move deeper than you would in a cold room. The lighting is not there to look good for the mirror selfie — it narrows your focus so the only thing competing for your attention is the movement in front of you. And the soundtrack is built like a set, not a playlist on shuffle: it rises when the work rises and pulls you through the back half of the session when your legs have opinions.

Take one of those away and it is a good class. Together they make an hour that feels like a place you went, not a workout you did.

An uplifting message, every single time

There is a moment near the end of most SŌL sessions when the instruction shifts. Less counting, more meaning. A reminder to take up space, to be patient with your body, to carry something out of the room with you. It is never a lecture. It is the message that turns a hard hour into a good day.

More than a gym

Here is the part most studios cannot build with lighting and heat.

REALFIT is a lifestyle where strength is more than muscle.

It’s the courage to lift heavy, or push through a sculpt class that hurts only in the best way.
It’s early-morning spin rides and late-night yoga flows.
It’s sweat on your brow with a friend by your side.

Here, fitness is social. We show up for the workout, and stay for the connection.
We hold each other accountable — not in judgment, but in community.

We gather for events, clink bottles after cardio, and share a glass of good wine after a leg day.

Because balance matters. Because people matter. Because a healthy life includes moments of joy, not just reps and routines.

That is boutique fitness meets community, and it is the reason a SŌL session feels like no other hour in your week. The heat is real. The light is real. But what you remember on the drive home is the person who held the door, the instructor who used your name, and the room that made you believe you had more in you.

Come for the workout, stay for the people

If you have been curious, stop scrolling the schedule and pick a session. Mat Pilates if you want control. Power Sculpt Yoga if you want to be pushed. High Intensity Training if you want to be surprised. Collective Energy if you want to feel the room carry you.

Bring a towel. Bring a friend. Leave with both of them sweaty.
