Boot Camp - These are fee based classes that are conducted in different locations and in different durations of time.
Transformation Boot Camp
Pilates Fusion - This class is a fusion of 3 Pilates disciplines: the Mat, Vertical and Reformer movements. By combining the best of Pilates, you will see results in your core strength, flexibility, balance and posture. Class incorporates bands, light weights, stability balls and Bosu. Great class for all ages and levels of fitness. WB & M (60 min)
Self Defense/Martial Arts - Learn practical, self-defense techniques, core conditioning and stretching. Emphasis on proper warm-up, stretching for life and 4-5 techniques that every person should be aware of to help defend themselves in many situations. All levels. WB (60 min)
SilverSneakers®MS/ROM - SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement class. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. WB (45-60 min)
Silver Sneakers® Yogastretch - Silver Sneakers® YogaStretch chair class. YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standings yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
(45-60 min) Bring a water bottle!
TRX-Fusion - A fast paced high energy body weight suspension training class that works all body muscles, cardio, endurance, strength and agility moves are taught. WB & M (60 min) Should have taken fundamentals or used TRX straps before hand.
TRX-Advance - High intensity strength and conditioning class using kettlebells, TRX Suspension straps, cycles and more designed to put you in the best shape of your life. Classes are 6 weeks long 2 times a week and are fee based. WB & M (60 min)
